30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

1. What the guarantee covers

The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment for the Personal AI Receptionist service.

To qualify, the service must not be working as described and AI Agents 247 must have been given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue.

2. Request window

Contact support@aiagents247.ae within 30 days of your first payment and describe the issue. Requests made after that period are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

3. Customer responsibilities

The service must have been configured with accurate business information and used reasonably during the guarantee period. You must cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting and correction steps.

4. Exclusions

• Usage charges, telephone-carrier charges, custom development and other separately approved services are not refundable.
• The guarantee does not promise any number of calls, leads, appointments, customers, revenue or other business result.
• Issues caused by inaccurate client information, unsupported telephony, client or carrier changes, misuse, unlawful use, or third-party outages outside our reasonable control are not covered.

5. Refund process

We will review the service configuration and the reported issue. If the request qualifies and we cannot correct the issue, the first subscription payment will be refunded through the original payment method.

This guarantee does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
