Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service start date

Your subscription and billing begin on the date of purchase. Configuration and onboarding work starts immediately after purchase, which is why fees cover work that begins straight away.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Cancel anytime before your next renewal. Your cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Unless a refund is approved under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, amounts already charged are not refunded.

3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and refunds

Try your AI receptionist for 30 days. If the service is not working as described and we cannot correct the issue, contact us within 30 days of your first payment to request a refund.

The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment. Usage charges, telephone-carrier charges, custom development and other separately approved services are not refundable. The service must have been configured with accurate business information and used reasonably during the guarantee period.

Unless a refund is approved under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or required by law, amounts already charged are not refunded.

4. How to cancel

Email support@aiagents247.ae from the email address used at purchase, with the subject "Cancellation". We will confirm in writing and tell you the date access ends.

5. After cancellation

When the paid period ends, the AI receptionist is deactivated and routing associated with the deployment stops. Data retention after termination follows the Privacy Policy and any deployment-specific agreement.

6. Payment disputes

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support@aiagents247.ae first so we can resolve it quickly. You also retain any dispute rights available through Stripe and your card issuer.
